Q: What if I'm not tech saavy?
A: Delivery and access to your product is designed to be as smooth as possible. Member Vault has a very user-friendly dashboard. All you have to do is remember your password!

Q: Do I need a printer?
A: It is possible to follow along with the course from your computer and take notes on your own with the Trello board. However, a printer makes it easier to print your checklists and extra downloads if you prefer a more concrete way to follow along.
Q: Will I get anything in the mail?
A: No. The materials included in the Ultimate Planning Bundle are all contained online within Member Vault in one, easy-to-access spot. They are meant to be either read on your computer/tablet or printed at home to read and use as a hard copy. All you need is an email address, access to the internet, and a printer (or other way to take notes if you prefer). You will not receive a physical product in the mail.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
